Milton, Florida- We regretfully report the death of Darcy Ann Clements (Larison), who passed this week in her Milton, Florida residence.
Darcy was a woman well-known for her great compassion, fortitude, and influence on every person she came across.
Hunter Clements, her son, posted the devastating news on social media, characterizing her as his “rock,” the basis of who he is now.
“She was a strong woman who wasn’t afraid to speak her mind but always left a positive impression on others,” he said.
Under Darcy’s careful and loving supervision, many children—including Hunter’s friends—gathered over years to ride dirt bikes and create memories at her house.
Every person who came into her house was treated with the same kindness and compassion she showed her own family, so empowering them to feel as though they belonged.
Her father, siblings, son, grandchildren, and many others Darcy touched survive her.
To honor her life, the family intends to do a memorial service in Weston, Missouri, in the spring.
Comforted in the legacy of love and support Darcy left behind, they ask those who knew her to share memories and stories of her as they negotiate this great loss.
Though much missed, Darcy Ann Clements will live on in the hearts of those who were privileged to know her.
